Notes:
Many ip address ranges beginning with: 85.*, 86.*, 87.*, 88.*, 202.*, 203.*, 218.* or 219.* are banned due to excessive infected computers and spam. If you are caught in one of these bans, please consider complaining to your internet service provider, or get an account with an alternate provider.
The channel and the network both reserve the right to ban any individual ip address, or address range, or internet service provider without prior notification or explanation.
